A Sunday in March - A culinary night to remember! After a long break for us - we've finally managed to organise a wine and dine party at our place. Together with the usual suspects we've eaten and dranked a lot...
The Menu:
Appertiser: Spicy Tuna Tartar, Cilantro Chicken with Soy and Chilli, Shrimps with spicy lemon dressing (after Nobu's recipe) 1. Course: Spicy Thai Beef Salad 2. Course: Thai Fried Chicken
3. Course: Indian Lamb Kofta with Rice 4. Course: Cheese!! Drinking was excellent as well. Except for the Yacochuya and the Napanook all of the wines were fantastic. No real winner but Gaja, Bacio Divino and Viader were slightly better than the others!
