It took a long time in planning. But end of May we've managed to acomplish this tasting. It was a perfect evening. The food was excellent. Food selection: Black cod sashimi a la nobu / Djibouti Sambusas / Tandoori chicken wings / Scampi with asparagus / Beef tenderloin with herbs, garlic and potatoes / Homemade ice cream! Also the wines have been very impressive - some of them were simply unforgettable!!

We have been very lucky. Wolfgang Kahr invited us and my parents to have dinner in one of the best restaurants in france. We've spent a very funny and relaxed weekend there. We have been eating and drinking like royals!!

A Sunday in March - A culinary night to remember! After a long break for us - we've finally managed to organise a wine and dine party at our place. Together with the usual suspects we've eaten and dranked a lot... The Menu: Appertiser: Spicy Tuna Tartar, Cilantro Chicken with Soy and Chilli, Shrimps with spicy lemon dressing (after Nobu's recipe) 1. Course: Spicy Thai Beef Salad 2. Course: Thai Fried Chicken 3. Course: Indian Lamb Kofta with Rice 4. Course: Cheese!! Drinking was excellent as well. Except for the Yacochuya and the Napanook all of the wines were fantastic. No real winner but Gaja, Bacio Divino and Viader were slightly better than the others!

Mathias, my father in law, and I went to Monza to view some Formula 1 action. The long trip by coach was not that much fun. But the race and the ambiance in Monza was worth the torture!! As you can see the female type of the "Boxenluder" is really existing...
